1. Does the Home Inspection Fee include Radon Measurement and Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) Inspection?

2. How is Home Inspection Fee estimated?

Our Home Inspection Fee is estimated based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and/or the square footage of the house.

3. What is the Radon Measurement Fee?

In general, a Radon Measurement test is conducted at the same time and date as the home inspection. However, a separate Radon Measurement test can be scheduled without a home inspection. A Radon Measurement Fee will be charged when a separate Radon Measurement needs to be performed.

4. What is Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) Inspection Fee?

WDI Inspection is also generally conducted at the same time and date as the home inspection. However, WDI Inspection can be scheduled separately without a Home Inspection. In such cases, a separate WDI Inspection Fee will be charged.

5. What is Oil Tank Sweeping Fee?

With older houses, there is always a possibly that there may be an oil tank buried underground on the property. A trained/licensed inspector with special training and equipment will search the property to determine whether or not an oil tank is present. When a tank sweep is scheduled, an Oil Tank Sweeping Fee will be charged. Contact us for quote "Get a quote"
